Yubsi Terms and Conditions
1. Registration
The registration data must be entered completely and correctly. If the member’s data changes, the change must be communicated to Yubsi immediately.
It is not permitted to misuse the member account.
The member account is not transferable to others.
The member account is only authorized for one person.
Membership and password can be chosen freely. It must not consist of an e-mail or Internet address and must not violate any name or trademark rights.
No pornographic content and nudity as a profile picture and as a group picture are allowed
to be used.
The password must not be passed on to third parties.
Yubsi undertakes not to disclose the password to third parties.
In order to be able to access his member account, the new member needs the activation code that Yubsi will send to his specified e-mail address. If this activation code is not confirmed within 20 days, the member’s account will be deleted for security reasons.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yubsi.
Member names that are vulgar or inappropriate are not allowed and will result in account suspension.
2. Sanctions
If a member violates the law, the rights of third parties, the terms and conditions or Yubsu has concerns about the protection of other members due to fraudulent behavior and there are concrete indications, the following occurs:
1. Warning of the member

4. Permanent blocking/deletion of the account
